I’d personally steer clear of a lawyer attached to an estate agency. Just find your own conveyancing solicitor in the area you’re moving to, they do all of the paperwork and searches for you.

And yes, it will take a while. But ‘relocation agents Scotland’ should bring up some relevant results on Google. You’d normally pay them a small fee to...

There are tons of ‘buyers agents’ in the U.K., they’re just called something different. You need to search for relocation agents.

It’s the QM2 that has kennels, but unless you’ve already booked...
