I think it's usually the fourth thing I notice actually, following the gangs of hoodies on every street corner, the illegal immigrants that we're being overrun by, and then of course the stabbing...

Now you've got me curious, so I just did some Googling as well - the reports I found with 30% of households mentioned are all from 2008, seems to be around 40% currently, going on the report done...

Stop with the sweeping generalisations and/or making statements that aren't true! I live in the South East, never had a hosepipe ban or 'routine' water shortage. Mind you, I've not noticed this...
