It may have done but things have changed massively now. You are referring to the Skilled Worker program - that was very recently overhauled completely to try and reduce the massive backlog, and now...

That probably applies to approx 70% of the world. You might want to try and narrow it down a little otherwise nobody is going to be able to help you!
