Our Visa Application went in at the beginning of April, the police check about three weeks ago and the medical was forwarded to Australia House on the 9th May.

Sent Australia House a quick email...

I sent my application in on 07/04, got an acknowledgement by email on the 17/04. Had my medicals done on the 28/04 but they were not...

We got ours certified at a local solicitors called Ashfords. They certified about a dozen documents for free and said come back if we needed more. I think they are part of a national...

I hope there isnt a backlog as you say. We submitted our visa application on April 4th. I had my medicals last Monday and my police checks arrived back the same day which we have also just forwarded....

We sent our 309 Visa submission off a couple of weeks ago and part of the form requests you enter in your credit card details etc. They debited the card 3 days after we sent it to the tune of £655.

I had my medical, xray and blood test today for my 309 Spouse Visa. Both only took about 15mins (minus the hanging around in between). For anyone interested costs were as follows at Taunton.

Hi donovandense,

We plan to stay with my wife's parents in Murray Bridge until we get job's etc. Ideally we are looking to settle in Mount Barker. Do you have somewhere to stay wheny you get there!
