I did wonder if they would let people re-enter on part-used WHVs, especially as there is such a shortage in fruit-picking etc. I see the scheme started in July, which could benefit a lot of people....

Generally (certainly pre-covid) unless you have done the 3 months farm work to entitle you to another year, a WHV is a one-off. Obviously a lot of WHV-ers cut short their time here, but AFAIK there...
