FYI, from a post higher up, 'break the cycle' is a major issue with skin conditions. The problem is that one scratches the itch, thus irritating the skin and causing more...

If you need a 'hit' of something stronger, try Eumovate - more of a medicated cream than just one for dryness,...

E45 works for me (Boots sell it, plus many other places) - closest Aussie product I've found is Alpha Keri, if thats any guide.
