Must be driving him nuts, its just so unfair cos its stressful enough anyway without being given the runaround by a body that ought to know what they are doing :rolleyes:

Oh I know, the way they change stuff nothing's certain, but hopefully it won't be too many months before the PR application goes in :fingerscrossed:

Thats what I can't really understand to be honest - I can't see why it would be needed going 457 to PR, having ploughed through all the stuff on both DIAC and AHPRA at least 3 times! Confirmation is...

Mmm, but thereby hangs the question - he's already registered with AHPRA, from before the IELTS requirement came in, so registered without needing to do it. So as that registration is still current,...

That was certainly the case last week, but the new fact sheet is dated the 17th August. This is the first time I've seen it mentioned, so I guess your agent may not be aware of it yet.
