If you are using an agent then when you applied for your visa you signed a form to permit DIAC to communicate with your agent instead of directly with you. If you now wish them to contact you...

Actually many of them do.

Migration Agens are not government agents. They are completely independent.

I think you'll find that if DIAC want the information they are quite capable of reading it...

Canadian migration generally takes a lot longer than Australian - I have heard that figures of 4-5 years are quiite common.

As far as I'm aware this wasn't intendedto be a protest against the government? I think when George Lombard suggested the delegation originally it was for a meeting with the Minister?
