I had a special burger as my graduation day treat. I thought it said "smoked jalapeno" on the packaging but it was actually "smoked jalapeno and tequila".

It was pretty nasty.

One of the things I miss about England, well, Cambridge to be precise, was the proper yiros I could buy from a certain takeaway there (Gardenia, I think). Real chunks of lamb done properly authentic...

Because it was there :o.... It was cooked (I think) and tasted just like chicken fat but with not much chicken flavour; more of a gamey flavour.
