Well, that would apply to both those who are English (British) and those newly arrived on English soil.

Most brits will use the system to their advantage and not work - in fact, it wholly works...

Well, I am moving 'home' I guess, which is a slightly different stance on most people here.

However, having not been in Canada since I was 5 (apart from holidays), I am seizing a chance to go.
