I heard Goldman Sachs lost 98% of Libya's $1.5 Billion Wealth Fund a few years ago. It can happen to any body.

It is very difficult to choose when making investments IMHO - you can be stuck with them for years, waiting for them to "recover". It can be more about when you take them rather than what they...
