Thanks for the explanation. The benefit of being autonomo though, is that I could then pay the autonomo SS charges and get health care! Unless one is employed (legitimately) or is an autonomo, there...

Why NIF and not NIE/DNI? Are you saying that this is only possible for autonomos or businesses?

We declare our income annually but are neither autonomos not empressas etc. I tried to be registered...
