Nope - they charge us for Caller ID - 50 cents per month and yes, we do have ADSL

Like you, we thought it was free but after enquiring, we've been told we have to pay.

I disagree - that must be specific to you for some reason.

We got the answering service for free and by default - never requested it.

It works fine with non-Movistar equipment. We use Panasonic...

You must have the feature installed - we asked to have 'caller identification' set up and now we always know who's called (even if we are out).

Our panasonic phones (not Movistar) simply show...
