This new 'law' has not filtered to us 'round here. All garages (cepsa or repsol) and the main depots charge 13.50 here. We can't get a delivery in the campo so don't know how much extra that would be.

No, it's per year (don't panic).

The gas bottles tend to be the small ones although you could use larger ones if you can locate them.

IBI rates are akin to 'poll tax' back in UK. You pay an amount per year for the property - it's based on value, size etc.

Most landlords suffer this cost themselves but some (like me) pass it on...

This is not entirely true - it is what ever is written in the contract. There is not one hard-and-fast rule.

Gas bottles are now over 13 euros (at least in this area). Water might also be...
