I didn't say I found it offensive, I said you were being misleading.

You said the report was about Canada as a whole, when clearly the report mentions only the Toronto area. The summary below...

The reason why I pick on this particular poster is that his/her opinions are condescending and assume that the reader is too ignorant to notice that Canada is bad place to live.

I don't think there is a great deal of difference between these two countries in these areas.

Far be it for me to agree with Keith, but I think he was stating the condition of the countries from his point of view and experience in the day. I don't think we can dispute that.
