A property bubble is a sudden explosion in terms of reduced property prices. A quick and substantial drop in value.

A slow or stagnant market is not a housing bubble. Its normal market...

Quick questions:

I wonder if Keen and Morley have a house of their own?

What about supply and demand? Apparently in some cities there aren't enough houses as it is....so if demand outstrips...

Which ever country we live in the market will fluctuate based on economic variances.

Buying houses should be something in the long run not a short term investment.

Its not cheap to buy but then neither is it to rent. I'd rather put my money into bricks and mortar than...
