I also saw about solar-collector cells buried in the concrete of driveways was being developed to add to the homes electricity supply.

Nothing.

The turbines were erected by May 06 but not turned on until June or July 06. By December, my friends abandoned their house, and commuted to their farm.

They had made complaints, but...
