Maybe :p The former stopped being PM in 1990, and the latter did her stuff in 1991. Unfortunately, the latter is also still alive.

Also, if Norfolk isn't essential, have you considered south Lincolnshire, such as the Boston - Lincoln - Grantham - Spalding area. Or somewhere like Newark?

Yeah, Kings Lynn is a lot closer than Norwich to anywhere except London...Where are the major employers located that Little Lion would be looking at with the qualifications he's doing?

Norwich is a nice place, and though they're usually well-behaved, the city gets a lot busier with football fans compared to say a bigger city centre. Any time I've been to Norwich, I've made sure...

It has a rail station, Megabus stop and National Express also stop there (not currently, due to travel restrictions) handy for the little Lion's home visits, and good A-roads to...

The trip stops in Nottingham, Sheffield and Manchester, so lots of options north and south from those stations via Birmingham.

There's a train from Norwich direct to Liverpool (https://www.thetrainline.com/train-times/norwich-to-liverpool) via Manchester every hour that takes around 5.5hrs.
