I understand that of course. If it had been the right house that would have been a minor detail. In reality though, a buyer reflects that in the offer price.

I don't think that it's a secret. Whether they are married or partners I don't know, but it is pretty clear from previous posts that they are together.

4% sounds cheap to me. I thought that they were all 6% Very expensive properties are less I think. Perhaps why your quote is cheaper.
