Our EA basically said it's the look of the front that puts them off, so the problem is trying to convince them to actually look at what they would be getting for the money than what it looks like on...

It's the Special Delivery pouches which Royal Mail uses. Just remember to put postage stamps on the "return" pouch!!

Not as quick as it did. We reckoned on the end of January at best going by others we know locally that have went through the same Visa and have similar background.
