She clearly didn't have a clue then. A lot of people think their properties are worth more than they are but to be out by a factor of 5 or 6 vs what an agent thinks shows either she was deluded or...

It hasn't quite hit its 52 week low yet....but anything below 1.5139 is I think more a multi-decade low than just 10 years.
