luckily I have the long version of my birth certificate. looks like the process will be fairly clear. just need to get the Inflatable's birth certificate translated as well.

no I just need a solicitor to sign and stamp an affadavit which states that I and my gf are single and free to marry.

will ring around some on here as i should have expected not to get any sense...

you just make a legal declaration that you are single in front of a solicitor or notary public. he then signs and stamps it.

Can anyone suggest a good / quick / reasonable priced solicitor in Dubai to sign/stamp and affadavit as proof of being single?
