Is BB coming back on the 457 initially? If so, I wouldn't stress too much about requirements for PR at this stage as it may well have changed by the time he is doing it!

Polly,you are saying the requirement for IELTS is coming from DIAC & surely would still be required even though the nursing reg no longer requires it. Not sure why it would be needed going from 457...
