Interestingly, most of the professional expat Americans I met in London much preferred what they had here in the USA than what the NHS offered them. Of course they would all be considered high...

Yeah, but you would need 5+ million of them over a fairly short period of time. Not going to happen.

I think you way underestimate the number of immigrants that would be required to replace the baby boom generation leaving the work force. It ain't gonna happen.
