I do too Lorna, paracetamol and ibuprofen were just the two most obvious examples. TCP and Marmite whenever I have checked luggage, Cheddar cheese, Branston Pickle, Lemsip - the list can be endless...

Any of the supermarket painkillers, paracetamol, ibuprofen etc. are not available in supermarkets here, and are horendously expensive at the farmacia.

You can get Napisan - I usually buy it from Lidl.
