Hi Wakkas,

Thanks for the reply. My employer actually filled the H1-B for me but i dont know what's the point if i can apply for green card while i'm on E-3. I have not heard anything back either...

Thanks for the reply. I read some of the older posts and i saw that your company suggested you apply the H1-B to apply for the green card. Did your company end up applying the H1-B? Or...
