Don't know if its been mentioned yet but I found a large tin of Cadburys biscuits in Wal-mart for $9.95. Made in the UK and they taste delicious ! Wallys also have Walkers shortbread.

Not exactly "English" per se but I found Marie biscuits at the Asian market today I think they come from Singapore but who cares they are awesome dunked in tea. Also found some sultana biscuits that...
