All went well, just explained to them what had happened and showed them my passport along with booking ref. Thanks for all advice.

Managed to get thru to someone who said I need to have a letter from the bank stating it was my card that was stolen and authorising me to collect the tickets.

I'm just going to turn...

Hi,

I bought some tickets for an event (online) and at the end of the process it told me in order to collect the tickets I had to use my visa card in one of those big yellow ATM style ServiCaixa...
