Sprouts, broccoli florets, spinach and halloumi, all tossed in harissa, olive oil and lemon juice. Roast for 25 minutes. Dee-licious! :)

My wife cooked last night... grilled Dover sole with beurre noisette and capers, with asparagus and broccoli. Paired with a very nice bottle of Viognier.

Proper treat for a Thursday night. :)

Made a nice pot of "whatever's around" soup... onion, garlic, chicken stock, loads of kale, green beans, peas, lentils and mixed beans.

I much prefer chicken thigh to chicken breast.

But I've mostly been eating fish these days. I had grilled pollock fillets on salad and with a side of kimchi last night, it was lovely.

Well my tea tonight was rocket salad with quinoa and roasted peppers. Really delicious. But my weekend treat is happening tonight too... I have a nice bottle of Malbec which I shall thoroughly enjoy...

Sauteed some mushrooms, garlic and chili flakes, then added it all into a 3-egg omelette, together with some of the Camembert that caretaker psyched me into buying the other day. Bliss!!

I bought these from a market here in Germany, I wondered at first if they might be farmed rabbits because they tasted really mild compared to wild rabbit that you get in butcher's shops in the UK but...

I roasted a couple of rabbit legs for my tea last night, had them with a nice salad. Absolutely delicious!
