For those with a E3D visa. I had mine issued on a change of status here in the US and it says E3 not E3D. Is this normal? It does say it is contingent on the primary visa being current.

It took them almost 14 days to notify me they had not accepted it. They received the I-907 on 04/12 and I got the ineligability notice on 04/23.

So it is basically a visa nenewal. So if I get my LCA for 2 years from the date that I am in Costa Rica I will get the new visa stamped this 2 years not what is left on my current Visa.

You get 2 years from the LCA date not when it is approved. They took 10 months to approve mine so I got 14 months on my visa.
