I don't need to get my visa done as I change status here in the US. We just looking at places for Summer Break and thinking about going to Caosta Rico or back to Aussie, haven't been there in 5 years...

For those with a E3D visa. I had mine issued on a change of status here in the US and it says E3 not E3D. Is this normal? It does say it is contingent on the primary visa being current.

It took them almost 14 days to notify me they had not accepted it. They received the I-907 on 04/12 and I got the ineligability notice on 04/23.

I applied for premium processing in March and was truned down saying that E3 was not on the list of approved visas for premium processing.

So it is basically a visa nenewal. So if I get my LCA for 2 years from the date that I am in Costa Rica I will get the new visa stamped this 2 years not what is left on my current Visa.

You get 2 years from the LCA date not when it is approved. They took 10 months to approve mine so I got 14 months on my visa.
