Stressed up to the eyballs? I wasn't until I decided to track our medicals on the couriers website, 9 days after they were sent, only to find that they've been sent to Australia!!

Thanks for the re-assurance, I'm big on contingency plans but I'm not sure I could get away with bullying the police into working faster!
