Hi - that will be fine - lots of people have done this with no problems - just makes things quicker when your application is sent off - have you sent off for your police check and completed form 80?...

We sent in hubby's application (not front loaded) on 29th Jan and had an email back from the case officer on 7th Feb to ask him to get his medicals done and police check done within 49 days. ...

I think if your application is front loaded, then some people have had their visa confirmation within a couple of days.

Hi - we posted our police check out on 22 January 2007 and got it back on 2 February so they do seem to be pretty quick at the moment - hope that you find the same,
