I know this may sound crazy but what if i was issued a visa and decided not to use it.

Due to personal circumstances, I will no longer pursue the job opportunity nor will be working for another...

hi armon,

there is a prompt where you have to tick which consulate you are attending .there are 3 choices BUT with instructions like if you live in NSw or sydney, you must attend xxx...

hi armon,

it's a good idea to book an appointment early as it takes 13 days for the visa interview schedule.

rather than waiting for your documents which is another 2 weeks.

yes you can book an appointment if u r sure u will have the ETA,u just have to tick yes when prompted.

anyway you can reschedule the appointment 2 times or cancel it 48 hrs before the appointment...

they charge only $60 for the document by document which is all u need for employment/visa and they accept fax documents.

Just got my passport yesterday with the visa on it.

The expiration date of the visa is two years from the date it was issued. which is shorter by two weeks from the start date stated in the LCA.

thanks it will be helpful during the interview but in the a/form the choice is yes or no. and if yes, give details.with regards to the kids, it will be obvious for the consul that they will study...

if one gets a 221(g) temporary refusal and consul asks for more documents by giving you a form with the list on it, do they stamp your passport at the back too like when they deny a visa or they only...

Hi,

Congrats! Did you bring your children's papers with you on the interview or are you filing it separately? I read that if child is under 14, apply , no personal interview and apply thru mail.
