My LCA looks like a printout except the HR staff's signature which was hand-written.

When you submit your CV, the HR looks at your address details. If your address is not in the US, chances are they just skip you or just simply put your CV in the bin.

I am not sure that the academic equivalency evaluation must be done in AU ot not as I had it done in the US.
