Hello sanga, unfortunately, I don't have the exact date as the HR and lawyer did all the background work, I believe my application was submitted on the 1st week of May and approved sometime last...

Hurray!!!! I just got the approval notice of my E-3 transfer. You are right MrBurns1980. The whole process from the date I submitted my application to the day it get approved took less than a month....

Hello MrBurns1980, you mentioned that both transfer took 20 days in each. Do you mean business day?

I down side of applying through USCIS is the endless wait.... :(

Yeah, I read that I-129 can be submit online, but I'm not too sure if that's for E-3 visa...

Thanks cafa123, I always suspect that line are meant for transfer from other status to E-3 and not E-3 to E-3, but anyway, let do whatever work out and forget about right or wrong.

By looking at the USCIS processing time, form I-539 has a longer wait time than I-129. Read through the I-539 instruction, it look like it's for spouse and not for the applicant them self.
