I actually faxed my application for speed, then got an interview 2 days later as they had slots in march. Took all original Docs with me to interview. This was held at London.

You will have to fill the EOQ form out aswell, however this will be a formality because of your state registration. As for who gets offered jobs it seems to come down to interview process. 4 people...

Yes! they do a sponsered visa, we are in the process of getting a permanant residency. They are dealing with this at the moment.
They don't mind if you have any questions at the process stage are...
