Live in Tower Hamlets my friend and you would agree. Poll Tax had it's name changed to Council tax but we know what it really is.

I think Fatcat has been in Canada for 3 years. He has been treated badly by Canadian red tape though. Overfriendly is wonderful. It can be naive when they visiting the UK.
