Even if I haven't been granted the change of status, but only lodged my application? This would be the biggest relieve if that's the case. Anything as long as it doesn't jeopadize my case!

It makes sense for someone to be entering the US, especially if one has a sibling in the country, doesnt it? How could they deny entry if he is on the visa waiver program, unless they were suspicious...

Go as soon as you arrive. I obtained mine in Manhattan and it took 12 weeks because they were not familiar with E3 visas at the time, hence required extensive checks, etc. This was back in May 2006,...

Yes, they said we can submit online. But nothing will be processes until they get all the paperwork, so depends on your preference. I feel more comfortable in mailing ALL my paperwork in at the same...

I'm totally freaked out here....I wish somebody would be able to tell it how it is!!

My lawyer says that the 10 days is the actual start date bw employment...ie, the paper work must be launched...

I too am from Melb, Australia and now on E3 working in NY. Initially I had come for a holilday for a month. I had gotten a pre-paid sim card to use on my cell phone (this way, you have a local #)....
