I meant i am going to be in america at a certain point so i will try to get my voting sorted before since i have now been told it is easyer to to sort out in the Uk.
It could be a risk...

so get a p-85 now, because i know the dates i'm going to america tickets books as a tourist because our baby's due in march, and organise voting overseas now. great thanks, i can do that.:)

I have an overdraft that should be cleare dup by the time i leave and an Isa which is in credit does that count?

About filling in the tax at the end of the year? is that in th UK or the US?...

I am a Uk citisen planning to marry a US citisen. we have completed the ifrst stage ot the visa procces and are currently waiting for the second confirmation before i do my half of the forms and wait...
