One of my favourites :) There's some good stuff on this thread in the last few days; I had a bit of a soft spot for a lot of Scottish bands.

The Pogues at Leeds Uni has to be one of the wildest...

Not that I don't like me some Stereophonics, and it's very good indeed, but I'll stay loyal to the Rod version (even I don't remember the original).
