I'm just suspect of these "Best Places to Work" surveys largely because I know they are all done with an agenda which is primarily to attract applicants rather than to actually...

All these good employer surveys are completed by HR teams trying to promote the company or paid for by the company to be included.

Actually that's a great example.

John Lewis is a co-operative. All employees are stakeholders. A model that the world needs more of.

They're few and far between these days.

It's screw down the employees and hoard the rewards at the top.

They don't even pay the same tax up there.

We need a revitalisation of the unions.

The government in Canada is overpaid and bloated.

I'd agree with you in the UK but hear it is completely out of whack.

The wages are ridiculous and so are the benefits and the shrinking number...
