It wouldn't matter that much - would just mean I got a 1 year RRV instead of a 5 year one and then applied for the 5 year one later. For family reasons we're very restricted as to dates though and...

Does anyone know how the days are counted for the purpose of a RRV? Present at midnight? Present at any point during the day? Something else?

Would like to make sure before I decide on holiday...
