Thanks C. Have you any idea whether the Indian couple from Luton came over? They were the fussiest couple yet imo. It seems they expected house prices to have stood still in 4 years.

It's definitely coastal, as is Ocean Reef and Mullaloo yet they both have more of a distance from the ocean to most houses. It takes us about 5 mins to walk to the beach from our house.

...and under the rim of your wheelie/recycling bins. Infact, any dark areas such as where our pool pump is and under the window sills. If you look close enough, you'll find them.

Hubby says between 2-3 hours according to traffic. Mindarie is a nice suburb on the coastal side too,with good schools. Currambine & Connolly are nice and have good primary schools. Currambine has...

You said you you wanted easy access to the city as I recall. If so, Bunbury & Dalyellup are down south, quite a distance from the city and you would have to drive in. Maddington is closer, but still...
