I need you guys confirm what I understand about E3 VISA.

I reckon people can not get E3 VISA on the basis of 6 months contract, even if definately could be renewed for several years and...

BTW, E3D VISA could be applied separately, right ? My wife wanna apply E3D in Sydney WITHOUT my attendant... after I get E3 VISA in canada. Does it make sense?

Floating, you need an employer to sponsor you by filing an LCA and presenting the orginal signed LCA, along with a DS156, letter of offer, and academic/experience...

For E3, do we need sponsor from employer? like H1B ?

if agency pops up opportunities, agency or employer need do LCA and sign it for us?

Just wondering is it possible to buy a second-hand car with insurance without ssn. you know, it is easy to drive to interview but I heard that without SSN, it is hard to get insurance...

according to previous threads , can get approved E3 VISA in SYD quickly than Mel. some ppl went to canada and got E3 visa within one day.
