A decent sole is made using a special scanner that you stand on. It accurately measures the 3D image of you foot and the sole is custom made. Should cost about €25.

It has nothing to do with Spain as it is a decision purely for HMG once they leave the EU
and they have clearly stated that there will be no change.

If you are registered in the Spanish NHS, prescriptions are discounted. If you are a pensioner the discount is 90% with a cap at about €8 a month. In some regions it can be even cheaper.

The government have stated that the S1 system for health cover will continue after Brexit and anyone permanently resident at the Brexit date who is not yet retired, will be eligible when they do...
