Brexit should not affect the situation as although EU licences are always exchangeable within the EU, whether or not non EU licences can be exchanged is down to the countries involved who can do that...

Linea Directa no longer has any connection with Direct Line in the UK. It is wholly owned by Bakinter and has been since 2009.
