The only difference with vegetarian cheese is that the rennet is derived from plants not animals, the rest is the same. Cheese goes really well with apple pie and with fruit cake..:thumbsup:

I read it before studying Russian ans then again after, much easier to understand second time, 'horroshow' is pronounced just like that in Russian and means 'good'
