I was not born yesterday,i had 3 realtors value my house and i added $10,000on top of there highest valuation.So actually i am $42000 better off.

We sold our house ourselves last year,by doing one open house and getting the amount we asked for.You can sell your house yourself if you want to save a ton of money.If we had used an agent,it would...
