Hello all,
been madness here with the kids...n sunshine, been swimming, cycling etc...and eating healthily, (with solero's though, but only 3gs of fat in them now :D )

Hi, ive been really bad....went for yummy HUGE carvery today...followed by choc brownies n ice cream... :scared:

but did follow it with a 2 hour hike up hills, so im hoping ive burnt off the...

eat lots in the morning, if you are active in the day it will burn off quicker as your metabolism will be raring to go...eat small quantities at night..thats what my dr told me anyway.

I know what you mean bout tummy bit...id love a tummy tuck..had 4 c sections n despite losing weight, 1 stone so far my tum hangs...its gross...but did my bike ride this am again and went rugby...

i did the school run on the bike, with lil man in his trailer, its only 2 1/2 miles there n back but felt like 10, hes 3 stones, :eek: alot to drag!!!

Hi, just spoke to v v v nice lady at go matilda, she said that weight is usually/only an issue if you have health complications with it, I.E. treated for bad back etc...
