What I'm trying to say is, it's not fair to knock someone just because they're a self-employed Brit doing what they know best.
Some of us do struggle with the language - I do after nearly six years...

Not personally - yet.
However, an electrician I know (yes, yes, friend of a friend, fourth cousin twice removed, etc. etc) does exactly this. He carries out the installation work, then a Spanish...

There are some very good qualified Brit electricians and I wouldn't hesitate to use one if they came recommended.
For me personally, if the price is the same for Brit/Spanish and I'm confident of...
